Our last In the Spirit of Things Conversation for 2020 is with Ballina Gee, a.k.a Pacific Diva. Ballina has just contributed to a beautiful Christmas Album produced by Gadista Music as Fundraising Project for Narra Coop's various community projects.

About Ballina Gee

For over a decade, Ballina Gee has used her award winning international profile as Pacific Diva to advocate restorative justice around domestic and family violence issues including being involved in speaking conferences and advisory panels, delivering community group workshops and a silhouette content creator for various media authorities.

2019 Pacific women finalist for the International Women's Awards in Leadership and Business, 2018 Finalist Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence for Arts and Culture, Winner of the NSW Pacific Awards 2016 for her contribution in the performing arts; and Universal Diplomat of Arts and Culture to the Philippines and Pacific.


She designed the pilot "Safe Arrival" program for the Child Abuse Prevention Services heading up innovation initiatives and is an ambassador of Childhood Domestic Violence Australia.


She also founded a social enterprise called "Housing With A Purpose" helping to empower women through mentoring and asset protection to move forward in their life especially when signs of financial and systems abuse are present. As a personal survivor, she is passionate about financial literacy and asset independence for women.
