WHO WE ARE
GIDII Advocacy is a fee-for-service agency that transforms systems of harm into systems of care. We address moral injury—the deep psychological, emotional, and spiritual wounds caused when people are forced to act against their core values through betrayal, omission, or commission.
Our work is about leadership, not just repair. Through film, education, and advocacy, we help build morally healthy organisations from the inside out. Linked with The Healing Lens, we use story and evidence to restore trust, dignity, and purpose in workplaces.
We guide leaders to align culture with compliance—rebuilding meaning, strengthening performance, and creating environments where human dignity thrives.
DRIVE CHANGE
Meaningful change happens at the moments that matter—when outdated systems and narratives are challenged and reimagined. We dismantle harmful, patriarchal models and replace them with stories rooted in care, compassion, and shared humanity.
The demand is clear: communities want accountability and leadership with heart. Profit and purpose can coexist, but never at the cost of people. The organisations that will thrive are those who choose to lead with integrity, empathy, and vision.

HEAL & HOPE
Our current campaign—Heal & Hope—focuses on recovery from moral injury and the systemic conditions that cause it, particularly in high-risk, care-based, and values-driven workplaces.
Through film, leadership training, and healing gatherings, we bring together survivors, frontline workers, and thought leaders for storytelling, evidence-based practices, and reform-focused dialogue. From tackling psychosocial hazards to driving moral repair, we invite leaders to join a movement building safer, more human systems—starting now.
