Restoring the restorers. Strengthening the people inside the system.
WOW Self Care School is a structured, evidence-informed self-care program designed for helpers, healers, educators, advocates, and practitioners working in high-strain environments.
WOW Self Care School treats self-care not as an indulgence or an add-on, but as essential infrastructure — the scaffolding that supports health, judgment, and capacity over time.
This is not quick-fix wellness or performative resilience.
It is a practical, human-centred approach to sustainable self care — supporting people to restore energy, agency, and inner steadiness while continuing to do meaningful work in complex systems.
The program supports those navigating moral injury, burnout, compassion fatigue, and systemic pressure — without asking them to “push through” or self-optimise.
Because care for others cannot come at the cost of care for self.
What the program offers
-
Bite-sized, science-backed self-care practices that fit real working lives
-
Tools to help with emotional regulation, nervous system support, and moral resilience
-
A private community space for shared reflection and support
-
Monthly live reflection calls
-
A gentle, non-performative approach to renewal and sustainability
Participants begin with an Emergency Self Care Plan — practical tools for moments when the work feels overwhelming — and progress through monthly modules that build long-term resilience.

For organisations & communities
-
WOW Self Care School can also be offered as a white-label or hosted resource for organisations, teams, and training providers who want to support the wellbeing of their people and communities.
-
This allows helpers to:
-
Integrate self-care practices into their own training or programs
-
Support communities without over-medicalising distress
-
Build cultures of care without increasing burden or compliance pressure
