This training recognises that many people carry moral weight on behalf of others — often silently.

Participants explore:

• The emotional and ethical toll of caring roles

• How moral distress accumulates over time

• Boundaries, restoration, and sustainable practice

• Ways to care deeply without losing oneself

This is not self-care as productivity.
It is self-care as ethical preservation.
