GIDII Advocacy is a fee-for-service agency dedicated to transforming systems that harm into systems that care. We work to end moral injury in institutional settings, the deep psychological, emotional, and spiritual harm that occurs when people are forced to act against their core values through betrayal, omission and or commission..Our work is about more than addressing harm, it’s about leadership. We help build morally healthy organizations from the inside out through experiential channels including film, education, and advocacy campaigns.
By helping leaders align culture with compliance, we support the restoration of meaning, the rebuilding of trust, and the return to purpose. DRIVE CHANGE
To create meaningful change, we must focus on the moments that matter, those key intervention points where systems can be reimagined. This means challenging outdated, patriarchal narratives that no longer serve us and replacing them with stories rooted in care, dignity, and shared humanity. HEAL & HOPE
Our current campaign focuses on recovery from moral injury and the systemic conditions that cause it, particularly in high-risk, care-based, and values-driven workplaces. Heal & Hope encompasses film, leadership training and gatherings bringing together survivors, frontline workers, and thought leaders for impactful storytelling, evidence based healing practices, and reform-focused dialogue. From psychosocial hazards to moral repair, this movement invites leaders to help build safer, more human systems, starting now.
